Step 1

Initial Assessment & Program

We design your program for 3-4 days of training a week that begins with an Initial assessment. After submitting your assessment videos & form, we schedule a 1-on-1 Skype/Facetime meeting to discuss your assessment and program.


Step 2

Start Your Program Come Monday

After touching base about what the next 4 weeks of your program will be so that you are confident on your next step, you’ll get started that following Monday.

Step 3

Weekly & Monthly Touchbase

Outside of your weekly in-app touch base (where you submit videos and notes for coaching feedback), every month we schedule a time to sit and talk about your training. Accountability is part of what we do and knowing you have to meet with your coach over video or phone can keep you focused!
