This 30-Day coaching period is an opportunity to learn the foundations of Strength Training as well as where to begin nutritionally, in a more private setting. Our coaches will take each new Core Crew Member through a FREE 1-on-1 personal fitness assessment to determine their goals and needs. You then attend a FREE class to see how you like it!
After joining the gym and completing your 30-Day Core Restore Program, you will be part of our Core community, with an understanding of the methodology including; fundamental movements, specific warm-ups and cool-downs, nutrition, and mobility.
It’s not a place where you reluctantly go after work, plug in your head phones to avoid unwanted interaction and do the same old routine.
Core is the place you can’t wait to go after work to unwind and release, where everyone knows your name and you feel a sense of belonging.
