Our coaching team is led by Heidi, a seasoned powerlifter, Powerlifting United Meet Director, and the State Chairman of Alabama. With years of platform experience and a deep passion for strength sports, she’s built a program that guides lifters through every stage of the journey—from first-time competitors to advanced athletes.

HERE’S HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Step 1

SHOW UP 3-4 DAYS EACH WEEK

We designed the program for 3-4 days of training a week. You attend your classes and progress week by week.

Step 2

FOLLOW OUR NUTRITION GUIDE

Creating new healthy nutrition habits while focusing on increasing your strength work hand in hand with our training. We help you choose foods based on their ability to positively impact your health and well being.

This means that we encourage you to eliminate processed foods from your life while adopting a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, good fats, and quality proteins.

Step 3

COMPETING

There are always a few competitions in the year which we would plan for you to compete in! Coach Heidi is also a United States Powerlifting Association Judge who will teach you exactly what you need to know to peak to the platform!

What is your schedule?

We have 6 different class times to choose from. The great part is your powerlifting program follow you! You’ll get powerlifting coaching at whatever strength class time you choose.

How long are your classes?

50-60 minutes for most of our classes.

If I am out of shape, can I still do the program?

Yes! we have customizations for every exercise and we can scale the workout to fit your fitness level.

What if I can’t make everyday to train?

No worries! If you can still make it at least 2 days a week to train, you will still get amazing results.
