These programs are customized to your training location and you can complete workouts at any time, meaning you can complete the workouts at home, at the gym, or at any location.

My name is Heidi and I am the creator of The Future Is Female Powerlfiitng Podcast and Co-Owner of Core Strength & Performance. I and my husband Deven are known as the strength & powerlifting coaches out here in South Huntsville, Alabama. You can read more about my background here.

We design your program for 3-4 days of training a week that begins with an initial assessment. After submitting your assessment videos & form, we schedule a 1-on-1 Skype/phone call meeting to discuss your assessment and program.
After touching base about what the next 4 weeks of your program will be so that you are confident on your next step, youâll get started that following Monday.
Outside of your weekly in-app touch base (where you submit videos and notes for coaching feedback), every month we schedule a time to sit and talk about your training. Accountability is part of what we do and knowing you have to meet with your coach over video or phone can keep you focused!

Nutrition Coaching includes a personalized dietary habit plan, guidance from an expert nutrition coach, and bi-monthly calls with your coach to help you stay on track.
