Our online coaching is more than just a powerlifting program.

We’re passionate about helping you reach your goals with all the support and guidance you need to succeed from a distance.

Understanding your specific goal, we can create an online strength program to fit your needs.

These programs are customized to your training location and you can complete workouts at any time, meaning you can complete the workouts at home, at the gym, or at any location.

Time is spent on proper technique and form so when meet day comes around, you feel confident and secure you know what you’re doing.

My name is Heidi and I am the creator of The Future Is Female Powerlfiitng Podcast and Co-Owner of Core Strength & Performance. I and my husband Deven are known as the strength & powerlifting coaches out here in South Huntsville, Alabama. You can read more about my background here.

HERE’S HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Step 1

INITIAL ASSESSMENT & PROGRAM

We design your program for 3-4 days of training a week that begins with an initial assessment. After submitting your assessment videos & form, we schedule a 1-on-1 Skype/phone call meeting to discuss your assessment and program.

Step 2

START YOUR PROGRAM COME MONDAY

After touching base about what the next 4 weeks of your program will be so that you are confident on your next step, you’ll get started that following Monday.

Step 3

WEEKLY & MONTHLY TOUCHBASE

Outside of your weekly in-app touch base (where you submit videos and notes for coaching feedback), every month we schedule a time to sit and talk about your training. Accountability is part of what we do and knowing you have to meet with your coach over video or phone can keep you focused!

  • 1-on-1 Coaching with Heidi we keep our online coaching athletes small in order to provide you with a more connected, personalized, well-informed training. Most questions are answered within the hour (through the app) and any emails are answered within 24 hours.
  • Customized Training Plan After the initial assessment, your coach writes out a plan specific to your fitness/strength level as well as based on your goals. Plan to compete in the next few months? We got you covered from day to meet day. Your program is designed to peak right into your meet
  • TrainheroicÂź App Offers the most convenient way to bring your program with you to the gym. You can provide in-app videos directly to your coach as well as in-app messaging.
  • Private Online Lifting Community Now you can have an intimate community of lifters through our own Mighty NetworksÂź
  • Weekly Touchbase Questions are answered on a weekly basis through the app and coach Heidi reviews your training periodically to discuss your technique or training observations.
  • Monthly Touchbase Scheduled every month is a mandatory phone call with your coach. Part of your success is knowing that you are 100% happy and informed on the process of your training. We’ve found having a good ‘ol conversation is what works the best!

  • Team Coaching Our team coaching through our Everfit app allows you to jump on our current training program which is updated every 4 weeks. We offer both hypertrophy (muscle building), powerlifting (recommended as you are 4-5 months out from a meet), and peaking programs (to be used 45 days out from a meet).
  • Program objectives Session Duration: 60-90 Mins., 3-4 Days Per Week strength training focusing on the squat bench & deadlift. Also covers overall health and fitness.
  • EverfitÂź App Offers the most convenient way to bring your program with you to the gym. You can provide in-app videos directly to your team community as well as in-app messaging.
